Imagine you were the incident advisor of a chemical company for a day. How would you help people calling for advice on various incidents or emergency situations? That fictitious situation is the starting point of this Bayer and Lanxess e-learning. Trainees are confronted with a number of situations where they have to decide on the right course of action. All possible scenarios were staged and filmed on-site. The distressed caller at the other end of the line is as impatient as he would be in real life: he urges the trainee to answer if it takes too long. Feedback after each answer and an overall conclusion are included to optimize the learning experience.
