The safe work permit system plays a crucial role in preventing accidents and further production losses during plant maintenance. Ahead of their scheduled turnaround, Total Refinery Antwerp came to us for a brand-new e-learning to train their multinational contractor community in the proper usage of turnaround permits.
Not a walk in the park
Composed of interactive slides enriched with graphics, videos and photographs, this e-learning covers every aspect of turnarounds at the Antwerp refinery. The e-learning is followed by a test quiz to see if participants sufficiently grasped the content. Given its thoroughness, it’s anything but a walk in the park. A strict pass and fail regime ensures that no one goes to work without knowing how to be safe. The e-learning was translated into several languages.
