In the financial industry, countering bribery is a big priority. But telling the difference between an innocent gesture and an attempt to influence someone isn’t always simple. That’s why Swift asked us to create an e-learning to sensitize its staff members.

Dilemmas

The e-learning takes you through a short introduction that explains the essentials. After that you need to put the simple principles in action. You’re presented with five dilemmas faced by five fictional colleagues. You need to put yourself in their shoes and decide what to do.

Different yet recognizable

We created a distinctive look and feel with slightly grainy colors, very different from the corporate Swift palette. This makes the e-learning feel like a break from the day-to-day grind, increasing your attention. The highly recognizable dilemmas help to make the training more engaging and personal. As you think about what you would do when a supplier offers you those Formula 1 tickets, you are unknowingly getting a deeper learning experience.
